CANCELLATION POLICY


Please note the reminders for our campers below:

Campground rules are required to be followed at all times. Make sure everyone in your party/ family members understand the rules.

Quiet time is 11 pm to 8:30 am. Music must be very low or off, no loud voices or noisy equipment running. Be respectful of your neighbours.

Pets Friendly pets are welcome. Pets must be on a leash and secured at all times including when on your site. Only in the dog park are they able to run free. If your dog tends to be aggressive towards people or other dogs, do not bring them to camp. Please, do not allow excessive barking by your pet. Pick up after your pet, including in the dog park.

Kids under 18 are REQUIRED TO WEAR BIKE HELMETS when riding bicycles in our park. Bikes must be parked back on sites at dusk. Kids under 18 are required to be back on their sites no later than 11 pm or remain with their parent/guardian on another site. Spend time with your kids, memories are being made.

ATVs, dirt bikes, go-karts, or other ride-on electric or gas-powered recreational vehicles are NOT PERMITTED on the grounds at any time. There is a designated track beyond the beach volleyball court to run hobby remote-controlled cars / or kids ride-on toys with adult supervision.

Pools: Swimming pool opens June 15 / July 1st for the wading pool, and close after Labour Day in September. Hours 10 am – dusk. Maximum of 10 people in each of the pools or pool enclosures at one time. Life jackets and water wings are permitted. No large floats, no food, no drinks, no alcohol, no electronics, no pets in pools or the enclosures. Children under 12 years of age and non-swimmers require supervision by a responsible person not less than 16 years. No lifeguard on duty, swim at own risk. Pools will be closed with the approach of and duration of inclement weather, or if additional treatment is necessary to meet health regulations. Pools are tested regularly.

Big Bouncer10 am – dusk. No shoes, food or drinks, pets or sharp objects are permitted on the bouncer. Bouncer will be closed with the approach of and duration of inclement weather. Fun for all ages!

Garbage – Please use the large red garbage bins at the front to dispose of garbage. Do not bring garbage from home. Recycle goes into the large blue bin. Metal waste can go into the black dumpster at the back (metal only!) No batteries, propane tanks, furniture or mattresses please. Paint cans can be recycled if the lids are off the cans and the paint residue inside is dry.
