Terms and Conditions: 

LOT FEES FOR 2025 SEASON ARE DUE in full : May 1, 2025

  • Seasonal contracts are required to be signed annually. Proof of insurance on your trailer and golf cart are required.
  • Notify the office of any changes in name, address, phone number or email.

DEPOSIT & WINTER STORAGE DUE: September 30, 2025  

  • $200.00  Deposit (to hold your site for 2026) 
  • Winter Storage of $200.00 + HST (=$226.50)
  • NOTE: deposit and winter storage are non refundable 

PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE:

  • BY E-TRANSFER to eftpayment@shadypinescampgrounds.com, include your name and site number in the message area. 
  • Cash, debit or personal cheque
  • Credit card payments will have an additional 4% bank fee charge added for seasonal fees
  • On our online portal with Firefly, you will have your own unique code to log in and view your account, update your information, or make a payment (note the credit card payment banking fee charge in the point above). 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SEASONAL CAMPERS:

  • Should the season not be completed for any reason, a refund will be issued based upon a pro-rated amount, minus the non-refundable deposit and winter storage paid.  

 

GOLF CARTS: 

  • Golf carts require a signed contract, to display 3″ high lot numbers on both sides and an annual SPC sticker.  Only electric golf carts are allowed. No drivers under the age of 16. Always drive responsibly. No driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Golf carts are a privilege, not a right. 
  • No gas-powered recreational vehicles are permitted (dirt bikes, ATVs, etc). 

 

Shady Pines is a privately owned property, and as such, we reserve the right to refuse to renew any seasonal contract or to evict any person from the premises, at any time and for any reason. We reserve the right to modify these rates and/or conditions at any time without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
