COVID-19 update

MAY 9 – Shady Pines Campgrounds remains closed due to COVID-19 by order of the Ontario Government. We are not allowed to have people come onto the grounds for any reason. We don’t have a reopening date for you yet, but we are putting health and safety measures in place and getting ready. Check for updates on our website, Facebook and Twitter. We miss all our campers and hope we see everyone again soon! Stay safe, stay well!

Business won’t be as usual when we are allowed to open. Private campgrounds across Ontario will be implementing a new entry requirement – all campers will be required to complete and sign a GENERAL LIABILITY WAIVER INCLUDING COVID-19 before being allowed to enter the grounds.

Directions: Click on the image or highlighted text to open the waiver. To print and fill out manually, click the print icon on the top of page one. One waiver will need to be completed for each person listed on your seasonal contract, including children under 18 years of age. Parents or Guardians may fill out the waiver/s for their child/ren and sign on their behalf. (for example, a family of 2 adults, 2 children would fill out 4 waivers). If you are unable to complete the waiver online, or download and print the waiver, there will be copies available when you arrive at the park. It will save time if you are able to read ahead of time.

No entry to the park will be permitted to any person without a completed and signed General Liability Waiver Including COVID-19.

What to do with your printed and completed waivers: You can submit by filling out and sign digitally online, click the SUBMIT button on the bottom of page 3. OR print by clicking on the print icon on page one or on the bottom of page 3. Fill out manually, scan and email to ernie@shadypinescampgrounds.com OR put into the mail addressed to Shady Pines Campgrounds, 11316 Petty St, Ailsa Craig, ON N0M1A0 OR bring waivers with you when you arrive at the park.
