 Winter Storage Golf cart       $35 +HST

Pumpouts /Dumpouts          $20 +HST

Lawn service – grass cut         $25 +HST

Work orders                           $35/hr +HST (one hour minimum)

  • Trailer – moved
  • Shed – moved
  • Deck – moved
  • Mandated Lot cleanup
  • Leaf cleanup
  • Equipment use, staff operate

 SALES 

Gate Key (replace/add)     $25  (by Registered Seasonal Occupant/s) – non refundable

Aggregates                             $35 +HST /bucket delivered

  • Gravel
  • Stone
  • Wood Chips/Mulch – to be used on your site n/c

Firewood

  • Bundle $5 +HST
  • Bucket  $40 +HST (available for seasonal camper – order ahead, no weekend delivery)

 Trailer Sales

  • Sites are not included in the sale of any seasonal trailer. Purchasers must complete a seasonal site application & be approved by management to remain on the site.
  • For sale signs on trailers are discouraged. A sale flyer may be posted on the bulletin board with management approval.
  • Trailer Sales through Shady Pines – Let us do the work to sell your trailer for you!  Includes: advertising, flyers, correspondence, showing, seasonal site application approvals, admin fee transfer. Purchaser to connect with seller to complete the sale. If interested, ask at the office for details, our fee is based on a percentage of final sale.

 

 RENTALS 

Chalet rental –       $200+HST Transient / Community  – reservations required

  • $100+HST Seasonal – reservations required

 Pavilion rental –    $150+HST Community – reservations required

  •  No charge for Seasonal / Overnight campers, but functions do require reservations ahead of time.
